Harry Potter Butterbeer Cupcakes

Every fall I am forced by family & friends to make these. They are a deliciously moist butterscotch cupcake with a hint of cream soda. In the center is a butterscotch ganache. Topped with buttercream frosting and ganache.

I've been informed that I will be making them for Thanksgiving lol! They are addicting.
